Has Your Address Changed? BofA Settlement

Long time no hear, right? Well you may have heard that Bank of America settled with Heller Ehrman for $20 million: http://amlawdaily.typepad.com/amlawdaily/2011/03/heller-ehrman-settlement.html.

That is good news for the Heller estate and hopefully for the staff. But in order to receive any monies – which we are told will happen by the end of 2011 – you must make sure that the Bankruptcy court and other parties have your correct address.

- meant to further the demise of Heller Ehrman, LLP.

Heller Highwater is:

- a place for support, a place of empowerment, a place of passion;

- a place to learn about job leads, resume preparation, skill building, training, new opportunities, and how to succeed in a new workplace;

- a place to keep up on the latest news as to how Heller Ehrman management intends to treat its support staff as it winds down its operations - will it be every woman for herself? or will it be "let me hold the door for you and is there anything else I can do for you"?

- a place of refuge.

THANK you so much for keeping on top of this. This payout is excellent news. If it truly arrives in our mailbox at the end of this year, it will allow us to afford Christmas presents – making it a double gift!
