Job Title: Employment Legal Assistant

Office Location: Oracle Headquarters, Redwood Shores, CA

Job Description: Provide general administrative and paralegal support to the Vice President, Employment and Associate General Counsel as well as 3 other employment attorneys. Draft correspondence, collect documents for subpoenas and litigation matters, manage case documents, and interact with internal Oracle departments such as Payroll, Accounts Payable, Human Resources and Benefits in the investigation and resolution of employee-related issues.

Bachelors or Associates degree required plus 1-3 years administrative or paralegal experience. Candidates must be self motivated, detail oriented, flexible, and possess excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet are necessary, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. Candidates should have some legal assistant and administrative experience and should possess the ability to exercise discretion and keep work confidential.
