Verified List of Creditors

I need some input from ex-Hellerites on this one:

While the verified list of creditors submitted by Heller Ehrman is a matter of public record (as Mr. Sugman so kindly and succinctly pointed out in his last communiqué), I am adverse to posting the list since it includes home addresses for many of the employees listed as creditors.

I can also tell you that I am not on the list (quelle suprise) nor are several others who should be.

I’d like to do the following:

– I can redact all the addresses (which will take me quite a bit of time);

– or I can have ex-Hellerites email me to ask if they are on the list.

Thoughts? Comments?

    That would be a lot of emails to confirm.
    Best to publish the list with confidential info redacted.

    If it’s too much work and after all you have already done, just leave the info in. I’m not on the list either. Do we just wait and see what happens, what do we need to do in order to be added?

Heller Highwater is:

- a place to learn about job leads, resume preparation, skill building, training, new opportunities, and how to succeed in a new workplace;

- a place to keep up on the latest news as to how Heller Ehrman management intends to treat its support staff as it winds down its operations - will it be every woman for herself? or will it be "let me hold the door for you and is there anything else I can do for you"?

- a place of refuge.
