Updated Bankruptcy Documents

There are several new documents in the Bankruptcy section including Judge Montali’s decision allowing the Unsecured Creditors Committee to go after the banks and the Class Action complaint filed on March 31, 2009.

Does anyone know the name of the spreadsheet that contains the list of former employees and what they are purported owed? And what date was it entered on?

There is a Claims List on the Bankruptcy page which lists all the claims that have been filed:

There are also two creditors lists submitted to the bankruptcy court by Heller:

    One dated 29 December 2008: https://hellerdrone.files.wordpress.com/2008/12/2008-12-29-redacted-verified-list-of-creditors2.pdf

And the other is a SUPPLEMENT (meaning it is in addition to the 12/29 list):

I remember downloading the PDF that John is referring to from this site. It was a matrix of names and the amounts of vacation (and other) pay owed by Heller.

I haven’t been able to find it again. It would be helpful, especially as I haven’t been able to find my last pay stub, so I’ve been basing my accrued vacation on the accrual rate indicated in my offer letter multiplied by the number of pay periods I was at the firm.
