It seems that the time at which leadership knew the firm was doomed keeps getting earlier and earlier. That should undermine the firm’s claim that the need to give a WARN Act notice was unforeseeable. Whether we get our money or not, it would just be nice for the entire truth to someday be known.

Put it this way, the truth shall come out eventually w/shit-head Larrabee…look at Tiger Woods, FACT: just took time when it came back and bit his cheating ass. What a phony.

Remember, it not just Larrabee, there is PLENTY of blame to be spread around and the “guilty” know who they are. I just hope that they will be looting their retirement accounts to clear their mess up!

Does anyone know whether they have gone after the VLG investment fund? There should a lot of value in that fund with companies going IPO.
