Hello Current and Former Heller Ehrman Employees:
Many of you have expressed interest in buying various assets (Aeron/Herman Miller chairs, other furniture and some IT equipment.) through the liquidation process. First, I’d like to assure everyone that Heller employees will have the first chance to purchase these items.
Currently we are waiting on bankruptcy court approval to engage Quality Office Liquidation, QOL. Once engaged, QOL will be responsible for the selling of all furniture and certain electronics. Prior to receiving court approval no sales can be agreed to and nothing can leave the premises of 333 Bush Street.
During the next week I’d like to get an idea of exactly what items people are interested in. If you want to purchase something, please send an email to email@example.com by April 27. After compiling the list of items, we will sit down with QOL and assign a fair price for each item. You can expect to hear back from us shortly with regard to cost and timing.
NOTE- AT THIS TIME NO DESKTOPS, LAPTOP OR SERVERS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AND WE DO NOT KNOW WHEN THEY MAY BE AVAILABLE; LIKEWISE NO ART IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE AS IT WILL BE SOLD THROUGH A DIFFERENT PROCESS AT A LATER DATE, WHICH WE WILL PROVIDE NOTIFICATION OF.
You should also note that depending on the items removed, there may be restrictions on the timing and manner in which they are removed from the building.
